According to the USPS tracking information, your package was marked as delivered to the shipping address provided. I was not contacted regarding any delivery issue before this review was posted, and I would have been happy to assist in investigating the matter with USPS or discussing possible next steps. Although USPS indicates the package was delivered, I take concerns like this seriously. I will be visiting my local USPS office in person on Monday to discuss this shipment and see what additional information they can provide. If your package was misdelivered or cannot be located, I encourage you to contact me directly so we can work together toward a resolution.

These smell amazing, and leave your skin feeling ACTUALLY clean. Worlds better than store bought inorganic soaps. My skin loves the Palo Santo, and our other household favorite is the exfoliating soap! (I think it was Doheny)
